1. WHY DO BIRDS FLY IN 'V' SHAPE?

Flocks of birds like geese, pelicans fly in 'V'formation to make their flight easier.

In 'V' formation, when a bird flaps it's wings. The air behind bird gets pushed downwards, creating a downwash. While the air towards its sides gets push upwards, creating an upwash. This produces rotating vortices, if another bird flies in these upwash zones. It gets a free lift and glides due to reduced aur resistance. Thus, birds are able to fly long distance as without putting much effort and maintaing a clear line of sight. Besides this, since the bird in the lead faces greater aur resistance. To overtake this problem they keep changing their positions in the'V'and take turns as leaders, this maximise the use of each bird energy, allowing flocks to fly without having to stop.

2. HOW DOES SMOKING AFFECT OUR LUNGS?

Whenever we smoke (please don't) cigarettes, we inhale a mix of about 4000 harmful chemicals, so you can think how harmful it is. Now we'll clear that how does smoking causes lung cancer. These chemicals cause swelling of bronchial tubes present in our lungs , Thus resulting in access production of mucus. Also, they damage hair like projections called cilia whose function is to push out the excess mucus. As a result, the bronchial tubes get clogged. This leads to persistence coughing as our body attempts to clear the mucus. This causes chronic bronchitis. Secondly these chemical damage tiny air sacs called alveoli present in our lungs, and This reduces the amount of oxygen entering our blood. Thus causing emphysema. Note that these both the conditions are cashed CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE OR COPD.COPD is irreversible and incurable. Lastly, some of these chemicals can also damage the DNA present in the cells of bronchial tubes and alveoli, thus leading to lung cancer. 3.DO SMART PHONES MAKES OUR EYES WORSE?

You all guys know that smartphone damages our eyes but we don't know how ,no one explain this biologically which you'll get here, here's your answer:- 

Among all light sources, A smartphone is the only one at which we stare for a prolonged periods and hold it too close to our eyes. Hence, it out stains on our eyes. Besides this, smartphone screen predominately Emmitt blue light. Now, our eyes are built to absorb the harmful UV rays coming from sun Thus  protecting the inner sensitive membrane called retina. But since they aren't good in absorbing the blue light emitted by smartphone. It hits the retina and produces toxic substances which slowly begin to damage retina. This way our eyes are being damaged. Use your phone subsequently of you want so I can provide you how to use your phone without damaging your eyes by adopting some health measures which is clinically proven, in comment box.
